    ALARM GUARD SECURITY SERVICES LLC was hired to install an ADT system at my rental property. After receiving full payment of $988, the installation was only partially completed before installer **************** vanished for two months. Despite numerous attempts to contact Cairo and company representative ******************************* there was no response. System issues, including a malfunctioning door sensor, went unaddressed. ADT, who I mistakenly believed was affiliated with the **** was also unable to contact the company for two months. The phone numbers that ADT had for this *** either would direct the call to a phone that is disconnected or to a voicemail that is always full and is unable to record any new messages. This lack of response resulted in a system failure during a property vandalism, leaving me without crucial evidence. The *** eventually offered a refund while continuing to deny system issues. This company's negligence, incompetence, and deceptive practices are unacceptable.

    ADT equipment was installed by technician, but it did not work. I was charged for the installation and Im being billed every month even though I do not have a functioning system. I have been in communication with the company for several months and they continue to claim they will resolve the problem. After 7 months, the problem is still ongoing and the company continues to bill me. They have not refunded my money nor resolved any issues. They claim my system cannot be made to work because my home is not in a functional area.
