    Normally I don't review unless a company is outstanding or substandard. ****** is substandard. After the work they did with a one year warranty on all trees they planted, it ended up costing me an extra $1400 to replace 3 of the 5 trees that died. Yes, Lara's Cleaning service does landscaping as well.They did honor the 1 year warranty of the first 2 but did not honor the last 3 withing the one year time frame. I was told the planting area was too wet. However I hired an arborist for analysis and was told they could survive if they were planted with care. So I called Mr. ****** (owner) back and told him that and gave him a copy of the report. He said he would come out and take care of it, which he never did. So I hired another landscaper to install 3 new trees while amending the backfill soil with compost, raising the trees up higher than the soil level (mounding) and taking the burlap off the root ball. None of which were done to the initial install of trees. I did this Spring of 2024 and gave the trees a year to see if they would survive. Guess what, they did, as the arborist ********** if you want to hire a company to push dirt ****** around, then hire ******. If you want them to do the finer things in landscaping, like planting trees, stay away for ******.
