    I am rejecting this response because:

    We have reached out to **** several times through phone calls, text messages, & email about the sealing of the driveway and he never responded.

    We will consider this case closed once the sealing of the driveway is scheduled and completed.

    our house unannounced. They claimed that **** asked them to speak with use about our concerns, but were confused about why he didn't return to follow up with us as he was supposed to. They agreed that there were imperfections in the driveway and suggested that another layer of asphalt should be added to correct the problems. We called **** to speak with everyone at the same time, and he agreed to come to see our concerns himself. We made several attempts to reach **** afterwards, but he finally came to see the issues with the driveway on August 2. He agreed that there were imperfections in the driveway and stated that he would fix the problems by adding another layer of asphalt & seal coating the entire driveway. He stated that he would be in touch with us by the end of the following week, and we stated that we would reach out on August 12, if we didn't hear from him beforehand. We have reached out to him several times since August 12 and have not received any response.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent feedback submitted by our client regarding the asphalt project completed by our team. It is our utmost priority to ensure that every client is satisfied with our work, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

    The project in question was executed in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in our contract. As is common in asphalt removal, the condition of the underlying base material is often not fully discernible until the existing asphalt is removed. Upon removal, it was determined that the pre-existing base was sufficient, negating the need for additional materials. Our contract clearly stipulates that extra gravel would be added only if necessary, which was not the case in this instance.

    Throughout the project, the client was present and had the opportunity to observe the work as it progressed. Despite this, we arranged follow-up meetings to address any concerns and even offered a complimentary asphalt seal coating to further enhance the finish. Unfortunately, due to the onset of colder weather, this process has been delayed. We are committed to completing this step as soon as conditions permit, to ensure the best possible outcome.

    We firmly believe that the driveway is in good condition and meets all specified standards. Our team takes great pride in delivering quality workmanship and we are eager to resolve this issue to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

    We appreciate your attention to this matter and are open to any guidance you may provide on the next steps.
