      I initially contacted this company in October, 2024 after reviewing the information presented on the website. After numerous telephone conversations with **** ******, I agreed to buy an engine/transmission package from the company. On January 3, 2025, I mailed a check for $20, 371 to ******. This was supposed to cover the cost of the engine/transmission and shipment to my chosen auto restoration shop in *******, *******. I talked to ****** about a week later. He said that he had received my check, and that the product would be shipped a short time later. The package never arrived in **, and I have been unable to contact ****** since. I am seeking either receipt of the product in a timely manner as purchased or a return of my money.

      My daughter ***** and i are rebuilding **** Chevrolet C10 pickup truck. We searched the internet and came upon southern performance systems to supply ** various parts, engine, transmission, wiring harness brakes, digital dash, and many more items. ********************* and i spoke and emailed several times between 03 07 2022 and final pricing on 03 27 2022. This price was excepted and he asked for $25 000 deposit which was sent 03 29 2022. Parts were supposed to follow shortly after as they became available. **** will not answer his phone or respond to many many emails and calls with messages left. He has told me on 2 occasions that order was going to ship in the next couple of days. This was months ago i am requesting a refund of my $25 **************************** this guy and do not wish to do any business with this *****. I have since found out that he has a list of other customers who have filed complaints.

      southern performance systems took ****** for a motor and ****** package 10 months ago. The engine and ****** package was to include everything needed to do a ls swap on a 68 camaro. This package included all the brake system, fuel systen, vintage air and dakota dash. After 8 months i finally got the engine ****** a radiator and a fuel tank. The ** has since refused to reapond to emails and phone calls and its now 10 since the order. This ** needs to be put out of business for not forfilling orders. So many people are dealing with same issue with this **. Hes taking money and only filli g half the orders. Its time they be shut down.
