    On June 30, 2022 I purchased a Calimar ********-3Y salt cell for my pool, which included a 3 yr warranty. Last week, April 2024 the cell experienced a circuit shortage which cannot be repaired. Took it to the local ************* to have the cell tested and it indeed did fail. Attached will be the invoice. Order #********. I called the supply store where I made the purchase, they told me to e-mail Calimar directly, which I did. No response. After a few days I left a phone message, no response. I sent a second e-mail two days later, still no response. I can only surmise Calimar has no intention of standing behind their warranty. I feel like this is fraud.

    Purchased salt water Chlorinator (*********). It hasn’t worked properly since I purchased it. They never ever answer their phones and only contact you by email.
    After going back and forth on line with their Technician, the unit still does not work properly. During the month of October I called five different times and they will not return my call or even email me to resolve the problem.
    I do not want this unit since it does not work properly and all I have gone through to try and get it to work fails.
    Now I want them to refund me most purchase amount and I will send them back there there product which does not work.
    It is rude of them to not return my calls as a company should when dealing with a customer.
    I will settle for nothing less then a refund based on a not properly working unit and inconsistent and poor customer service.
