      American Roofing Company has been absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work were unmatched. A special shoutout to Zach Swinney, who has gone above and beyond in helping homeowners—he's helped save over $2 million in roofing costs through expert guidance, smart solutions, and working closely with insurance companies. It's rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers. Highly recommend them if you're looking for top-tier roofing work with integrity and results!

      Replaced our roof after Helene, the day they started it was supposed to rain so I questioned their start and they said should be ok, they had the roof off it started pouring. We had water coming out of light fixtures in the house, every ceiling had water damage. Eventually they hired some painters who did a horrible job that I threw out. Our yard looked like a junkyard old shingles everywhere including our patios. I requested they send a mold mitigation expert to the attic to get a mold reading several weeks later so then sent an amateur in who never went in the attic took a reading inside our home and told us we would not have any mold issue even though every ceiling at that time was still wet and stained. I asked them to send a licensed agent up there and they volunteered one of their employees which I refused. At that point I knew they were being dishonest and trying to avoid the obvious mold up there. We finally got them to send a licensed mitigation company up there and the full report showed a tremendous amount of mold and damaged blown insulation. After a month they finally had a company replace and eliminate the mold and insulation. In meantime they tried to get extra money from the insurance company by calling them direct which is unethical without my knowledge but my insurance refused their call. They damaged many things in our yard. This is a horrible company, sloppy workmanship, now I worry about our roof wood warping and having significant replacement costs which is starting to be visible. I would never suggest hiring this company their practice and trying to hide the mold from us is so dishonest. I have photos of their poor and sloppy workmanship that would make you throw-up. Companies like this should not be in business, made a poor decision doing our roof but it was obvious because of the hurricane Helene they were just interested in making money.

      American Roofing Company replaced our roof in summer 2020. In March of 2025 a pretty severe leak started in my wife's office around a skylight. We contacted them for repair pricing due to the roof being out of warranty and because they had performed the original work. For the last several weeks after multiple phone calls to the Summerville, GA office in which they ensured us that someone would contact us. We were contacted by one of their operations personnel several times and promised repeatedly that someone would be contacting us. As of date no one has shown up. It is terrible that a company provides such lack luster service and we would never recommend them to anyone, ***** *******

      This is a wonderful company! They actually care about helping you and guiding you along the way with your insurance company to get a new roof. They are all very respectful and they will communicate well with you throughout the process. Highly recommend these guys!

      I would recommend American Roofing Company time and time again! They helped me get my roof for FREE through insurance! I didn’t have to do a thing! The customer service was awesome!

      I contacted American Roofing company in August 2020 for a roof replacement due to wind and hail damage. After three years, five adjusters and going back-and-forth with my insurance carrier I have a completely new roof! This company was diligent, persistent, and never gave up. Thank you, Jeremey G***** also shout out and thank you to Myles P***** for bringing this project to homebase and getting my new roof installed. The install crew did a great job from start to finish and my new roof looks amazing! They were hard workers and they left the job site clean. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

      American Roofing Company completed the job in one day started early in the morning sunrise and was finished before sunset. I like the fact that different colors were available to chose from because dark colors attract sunlight(heat) while lighter colors repel sunlight, which decreases the air temperature in the attic. So i chose Silver Birch Architectural Shingle. The clean up was very good except for a few nails in the grass. My insurance company paid a coverage and the amount i had to pay back was divided over four months at zero percent interest. I would highly recommend this company out of Summerville, SC location 710 N. Cedar St. 29483.

      American Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof! They came on time, finished early and did what they said they were going to do. The clean up was thorough and the final product is better than I imagined. One happy customer!

      You cannot beat their customer service. Myles and his crew were great! Kept us informed, no paperwork hassle on our side, great installation and no issues with leftover material or nails. 5 stars all the way and made this seamless and easy for us. Would recommend them for any job and have already done so a few times!

      American Roofing has done 2 project for my family and we could not be happier!!! Project was done in a timely manner and they were able to get insurance to replace our roofs. We look forward to using them on future projects.
