We purchased a new dishwasher in November of 2021. It was installed a few months later. The dishwasher began to act up a few months ago so we attempted to find a way to fix it but there is nothing online or in the owners manual to help. We called a few weeks ago and could not reach ASKO. Instead they referred us to a local distributor. We contacted them and they referred us to a technician. The technician diagnosed it and we ordered the part and paid the cost of the service, totaling almost $350. The issue continued and the technician returned stating it is the control panel, which will cost an additional $350. I have tried to reach out to **** but there is no way to reach them. I emailed but went online to find the email address as it is not listed on their sites. I called but it is a run around with going to the distributor. I went of ******** and messaged. They read it and ignored it - several times. I posted on their website. It appears other people have had the same issues so I am wondering why there is not a class action lawsuit at this point. They sell faulty products and we would like help as we are now the victims. The receipts attached do not include the newest piece needed as I have not yet ordered it. We would like a refund of the parts and labor for fixing it.

I purchased 2 dishwashers from ASKO and the ****** USER INTERFACE for these two dishwashers have given out - and this model is NOTORIOUS for this issue. We had one of them covered/fixed by *************************** Company which **** covered but the other one needed repair too. There have been issues with the Dishwasher from DAY 1. Actually the Technician from ******* *********************************** this happens ALL the time with these ASKO dish washers and it has a HIGH RATE OF FAILURE. I know for a fact your company knows this about ASKO dishwashers and that Im not the only complaining customer. This is someting that should infact be recalled. We hardly used these during the pandemic so it basically hasn't been used that much and shouldn't be having these problems. I feel very duped and paid a LOT of money for these dishwashers so there wouldnt be any problems and again I had problems from Day 1. I DEMAND of ASKO to get this fixed and get it fixed immediately. I have been burdrened enough and simply dont have time to be chasing after this issue.

**** refuses to repair an **** dryer still under warranty. Please see the attachment "2023-0529 BBB complaint" for more specifics. The attachment "******** invoice for appliances" shows our purchase of the dryer for $1,377.00, plus tax. (As described in the first attachment, the dryer was replaced by ******** when it failed six weeks after installation.) Please do not publish this invoice if you publish this complaint. The attachment "*********** invoice for vent cleaning" shows our payment of $641.27 for the unneeded vent cleaning demanded by ****'s agent ********. Please do not publish this invoice if you publish this complaint. We ask that the dryer be repaired, once and for all, and that we be reimbursed for the needless charge of $641.27 (which is half of what we paid to buy the machine in the first place). I can provide copies of the emails described if you would like. I am filing similar complaints today against Pinnacle, which acts as ****'s warranty service agent, and against ********, which recommended and sold us the **** machine.

I have been contact with the ***************** that covers the east coast.  They have not denied service.  The needed part number ****** was not in stock and has been ordered.  I will have to update this response regarding the *** of the part.  I would also like to find out why the service network suggested the vent cleaning before I approve reimbursement.

    Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:

This "part" has supposedly been on order for more than two months now.  No one has given an estimate of when it might show up. Just "we're waiting".

The "part" is supposedly a plain ordinary capacitor.  This is a simple electronic component -- there is no reason they cannot get one.  More significantly, they have never suggested a reason. Just "we're waiting".

Finally, and most importantly, they must have capacitors for their *new* machines, waiting to be sold to *new* buyers.  I have long been suggesting that they simply take a capacitor from a new machine, defer making that one new sale, and put that capacitor into my machine.  They have *never* responded to that suggestion, and notably they do not respond to it now. Why do they have capacitors to sell new machines but not to fix my warrantied machine?

Bottom line:  They either can get, or already have, the needed part.  They just don't want to fix my machine.

Their response is no response at all.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************
