    Cmcmwsp220 model lawn mower, I have received 3 of this model under warranty. And every single one of them has broken, last one I received caught on fire 7 minutes after starting to cut grass. Fresh out the box.

    In 2023, we purchased a Craftsman 30" 56 Volt Riding Mower. Unfortunately, the mower ceased functioning in less than two years. As it remains under warranty, we brought it to the authorized repair facility recommended by Craftsman.The mower is displaying an error code that the repair shop has been unable to resolve. We have been informed that the shop has been waiting several weeks for a Craftsman technician to inspect the unit; however, no technician has arrived, and there appears to be a complete lack of communication between Craftsman and the repair facility.We have now been without a working mower for over a month, with no updates, no support, and no resolution. The repair provider has also been unresponsive, leaving us with no clear path forward.Given the circumstances, we are extremely disappointed with the quality of service and support weve received. The product is under warranty, yet the failure to provide timely service or a viable solution leaves us with no confidence in the brand. At this point, we would like a full refund. After this experience, we would not feel comfortable using this mower again, knowing that a single error code could render it unusable with no effective recourse.

    I bought a brand new Craftsman 21 inch push mower today and MADE IN ***. I would have to say it is mechanically superb and for that reason it starts on the first pull and has NO CHOKE or PRIMER BULB. On the pathetic side it looks like a 8 year old did the paint job and is absolutely horrific. ? Start on quality control and ????? on engineering.

    I purchased a Craftsman Shop-Vac about 1.5 years ago. I've used it about 15 times for vacuuming the car, cleaning the garage and other light home cleanup sparingly. Just last month it ceased working. I contacted Craftsman and they responded that they are not responsible for their own Shop-Vacs. They told me a company called ***** is responsible for their defective Craftsman Shop-Vac issues. I called ***** and they said Craftsman is incorrecct and Craftsman is responsible for replacing the shop-vac in this case. I contacted Craftsman and they placed the blame once again on *****. Terrible customer service all the way around. No accountability.

    I have purchased a craftsman M110 mower not quite a year ago roughly $360 from Lowes. I have mowed my lawn approx 13 times. My mower stopped working last week. Just starts and wont stay running. It is kept indoor in my basement. No moisture issues not too cold. I ran it 2 times this season and kaput dead. I watched videos took cleansed carburetor which was clean as a whistle. I changed the plug I changed the filter. I got new fuel. Still nothing. I called the repair shops and they are telling me $200 to fix is its the carburetor. Craftsman? Why is it $200 to fix a $300 machine when I took me the first time ever 30 minutes to clean carburetor? Or u look on Amazon they are $30 tops. Why has my mower just died. I trusted your name because growing up I had a mower last me 12 years and we still sold it after that. Must have been used hundreds of times. Your products are complete garbage now. Your customer service is awful I have waited multiple hours on hold and all. I would like my money back so I can invest in a different mower. I will not buy craftsman anything again.

    No questions asked warranty just like the old ***** days. I had a blind rivet tool that had an old ***** hardware model number beginning with "9". It will no longer grab the rivet plunger. I called customer service and they sent me a new version of the tool without me having to do anything. Just like the ***** days. I'm still a Craftsman hand tool fan.

    Ws4200 weed eater used 6 or 7 times will not run. ******** center refuses to work on it. Said it is garbage. **************** has no accountability. Would not recommend nor purchase any Craftsman products in the future. The days of them being a good company are long gone. 0 stars
