    We signed a contract for plantation shutter installation on 2/28/22 (Purchase order: ********; total cost: $9,272.80, paid in-full). The agreement we signed includes a 25-year warranty. Once installation was complete, we had recurring issues with the "handles" (tilt bars) breaking off from the shutters; the former representative (*****************) said that there must have been a defect in how they were manufactured, or there was an issue during transport. He came to fix our shutters probably 6-8 times during 2022, each time responding promptly and providing great service. When the time came for us to contact him again about more shutters breaking, he informed us that he was no longer with the company. He gave us the contact information for his replacement ("******") and the installation manager (***************************). We reached out to both, via calls and emails, with no response. When we called the corporate line, they again gave us ******'s contact info, and assured us that she would be in touch. We reached out again, with no response. We have been reaching out at least once/week for a month now, with no response whatsoever. We would simply like to exercise our warranty service, as provided in the contract we signed.
