    Im March 2024 I contacted Southern Superior Company about the construction of a new home. In April we agreed and I signed an contract and sent them ****** to start project. They were responsible for helping me with soil testing, well and the septic, the well was done by ****** ***** in ****** GA for ****** and they were not paid by Southern Superior and they have been ignoring our calls as well the well was dug in April 2025. I then sent ****** per contract and as of today 6/2025 they have not even laid a foundation the building permits most have expired and some are going to expire. I have reached out and reached out they have been ignoring my calls, emails and text messages. **** ****** is the said owner and ***** ****** is my initial contact and was over the project. The few times since this year i have spoken with them I have recorded conversations of our meetings as well. ***** has told me it would not be a good idea to obtain a lawyer because they have a pretty good lawyer, which I find that to be a threat. all together I have paid them ****** and they have not completed any work, nor have that paid for the well which was included in the contract and fees. I have asked for a break down of money left and paid out and for my money back plus compensation they will not answer my calls the number on the website no longer in service. I just want my money back and the well paid for. this has been the most stressful time in my life.

    On May 30, 2024 ******* and ***** ****** came out and gave me a price for building me a enclose patio. The price they gave me was ********* they needed 15% down ( ******** ). I wrote them a check for that amount. I was told if change my mind I would be refunded all my money back as long as they hadn't brought any material. What they done for the next two months was kelp going up on the price.On July 30th I told them I couldn't afford the prices they were talking about now so I was going to cancel. I was told at that time they would be returning my money. I have spoke to them so did my son. I do have all the emails and messages to back up what I am telling you. The reason I didn't attached them is because I am almost 80 and I dont how to send them, but if some take my case I Will get someone to help me send them. Thanks so much for ******* ****** ******
