      Home builder does not stand behind product. Mislead and represents quality of craftsmanship. Builder falsely advertises quality on website.Punch out list do not matter. Emails from Selling agent about replacing the dishwasher. Builder states they do not have the power to do that. But they emailed **** wrote it down on the punch out list.I would like the house bought back. My family has been living in h*** due to the lack of care and quality and the builder does not care. Construction defects to list a few, windows do not open, roof shingles damaged, drywall defective, siding not installed correctly, windows damage/scratched there is a long list of issues. I do not have time to deal with all these issues. I want a full refund of the house, including fence/appliances/blinds.

      This complaint is without merit as we did not even build this person's home.  We have told this gentleman this but he continues to bad mouth our company anyway.  I have attached both a copy of his settlement statement that shows his builder is *************************, LLC not Southern Heritage Home Builders, LLC.  In addition, we attempted to assist Mr. ***** in the connecting to his builder directly rather than us.  In addition, we have attempted to explain to him the process to arbitrate or file a complaint for his builder thru his home warranty company (QBWC) however, I understand that nothing has been denied to the homeowner and they have been working around his vacation and/or friend/family's visit schedule since closing in attempts to finish items for him and additional items he has submitted so there may not be anything to formally complain about to the warranty company at this point in time but we would not know as we were not the builder.  We again ask that he contact both his builder, *************************, LLC and/or ************************* Corporation (QBWC) directly, not us.

      We therefore, ask that you please remove this unmerited complaint against Southern Heritage Home Builders, LLC and return us to our correct rating of A+.
