    Mitsubishi claims to have "excellent" customer support and easy to service systems, but as an hvac contractor, I find the complete opposite. Deplorable customer service, long hold times, days before reaching a tier 2 technical support person when my client has not air conditioning. Unreal that they are still in business in the **. We are looking to move to ******.

    Mitsubishi uses incompatible metals in their head units. Aluminum into copper. My units are corroding badly after only a few years. All of my units are going to fail due to their poor design. They are a huge waste of money. Everyone needs to be aware of this and not throw their money away on Mitsubishi's mini split systems.

    This heat and air unit has been out of service for three months. Two parts have been replaced under warranty. And it still doesn't work.

    Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC (METUS) is sorry to hear about this issue. We have researched this and are unfortunately not finding any instances where your contractor has contacted us for technical support. We would suggest that you advised your contractor to contact either the local distributor or our teams for technical support if they are having difficulty diagnosing the issues with the product.
