5 stars***** is a fantastic technician. Great customer service and attitude. Kept our family up to date and was always on time. Simply a down to earth man who provided exceptional service.I dont know why this company has bad reviews on ****. Each time we had warranty service for our washer, they have done a fantastic job!

1 starBait & switch! Wasted my time and almost $300! Told me "your gear is HIGHLY desirable and we'd be more than happy to diagnose and repair them. "Damaged one device due to recording at max ****** (I have YOU on recording by the way), other two items were "operated over 12 straight hours at high ****** for test purposes". These two receivers are over 25 years old, you don't *run them for 12 straight hours without damaging capacitors and power supplies! Over three months with NO updates. I called, received call back week later.. Technician goes through 45 minute condescending diatribe of how "your gear is UNDESIRABLE and NOT worth our time or yours, it's too old, no parts available etc." Then tells me at the end: "if these were popular Marantz or ********, we'd be happy to help you with repairs. We are JUST NOT A REFURBISHING SHOP HERE" So I wasted around 300 on so called diagnostics here, over 75 miles round trip. This is one of TWO listed ************* centers, yet I don't understand why!!!!! You should not be in business!Norman's Electronics, Inc.

5 starsI gave my onkyo *********** hard time growing up. It was bout garbage. Glad I held on to it. Cause when I got my stereo back from Normans electronics it looked and played like a new system. I'm glad I was even able to find someone to repair it. I was impressed. Great Job Everyone!!Norman's Electronics, Inc.
