    To whom it may concern,

O 08.05.2022 *************************** contacted me requesting an estimate to fix a water damage wood flooring in his basement due to a malfunction on a septic water pump. Few days later on 08.10.2022 I went to his house and provided him with the quote. On the end of August 2022  i performed the work we agreed on and he was very pleased.

A year later on October 14 ****************************************************** an adjacent room. We agreed on price and schedule the work for October 24 2023. First part of this process is to clean up the damage area and let it dry out, which we did. On October 31i went back to install and finish the floors. For the finishing process I asked him for the 220v outlet to run my sanding machine. He refused to allow me access to the laundry room ( I don't know the reason why) which has the only 220v outlet in the house.  Instead he offered me an outlet placed 500ft away in an detached garage. It didn't work.  Then he offered me another outlet that was not the right one for my machine.  I explained him that if I can't run my machine I will have to leave. I decided to use this outlet whiteout a proper connection. After few minutes my machine stopped running because it was less AMPs than required.  I asked him again for the laundry room and he refused again. He mentioned that the electric box is available so I managed to run my machine and finish the job. Next 2 day I was there applying coats of polyurethane. I used the electric box only the first day for 2 hours and he was present next to me when I was working on the box. We finished the job and he was very pleased.

A week later on November 7th or 8th he contact me again about another water damage in the room and Hallway in the same area that I did repairs a year earlier.  We agreed on price and I schedule the first part of the project which is the removal and disposal of the flooded area. He never mentioned that was my fault.  I delivered the wood necessary for repairs and I schedule the 2nd part of the project.  When I contacted him about the day and time that I'll be there  he immediately said that he will *** me for damages that I  create. I was puzzled. I never had the chance to get it to his house again.

    This is the truth.

Thanks for the opportunity to share this facts. Any questions please feel free to contact me by email or phone.
