      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against ********** regarding a breach of customer privacy in their shipping practices. When I received my order, I noticed that the name of the purchased item was printed on the shipping label or visible on the package. This unnecessarily exposes sensitive information about my purchase to third parties, including postal workers and anyone who might handle or see the package during transit.This lack of privacy protection is unacceptable and shows a disregard for customer confidentiality. I believe this practice violates basic privacy standards and potentially international data protection regulations.I reached out to ********** customer service to address this issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response or assurance that they will change their practices.I am requesting the BBB to assist in holding ********** accountable and urging them to revise their shipping practices to protect customer privacy, such as removing product names from external packaging.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
