    Back in July 2023 we requested the services of Toyota Material Handling Systems to fix our forklift. While our unit was being repaired, we decided to rent a forklift from the same company at a cost of $3,640.04 USD per month assuming in good faith that the repairs would not take longer than 30 days. After a few weeks passed, we contacted Toyota and inquired about the status of the forklift, that's when the technician informed us that they found other issues and the amount first quoted did not cover the additional expenses. We agreed to the extra charges, but after some weeks without any news we think is best to part ways.Today is November 16th, 2023, and our phone calls and emails have not been answered. At this point we just want our unit back in whatever condition it is. Also, we don't think is fair that we are being charged an astronomical amount in rental equipment when we don't even have a set date for our unit to be returned and we might have to invest more money in finishing the repairs ourselves.
