I wish I had read all the reviews about this business on here prior to allowing them to work on my vehicle. If I could give this Business a negative 1 star I would absolutely do it. My work van broke down and needed a transmission. I learned through the process of trying to replace said transmission that I was covered under warranty for the parts and labor. I agreed to allow Suwanee Service Station to do the work and it took two months to get the van back. The real issue with this terrible business is not the time it took to get the necessary parts to complete the repair, due to supply chain issues. Through the entire process communication was little to none. I addressed additional issues about the van to include the brakes; I was told well look into it, they were never addressed. After two long months of waiting I finally received a call on December 23, that the van was completed. I picked it up and drove it home. Three days later the van would not start and the hood to access my engine compartment would not open to jump start the battery. I called this date, to speak with a manager and was accused of leaving the vehicle in a place where someone could tamper with it and brake the hood latch! This manager was trying to shift the blame off of the shop and onto me!!! Meanwhile my van had been in their possession for two months (in pieces).

We took my son's car there because he accidentally put diesel fuel in his vehicle and the car couldn't keep a charge. They did tell me all the prices up front so there were no surprises on the ****- I will give them that much. They said they drained the gas tank, cleaned the lines and even put in new spark plugs (even though I had new ones put in the week before). The result after the **** was up to $2,800 at this point? Still couldn't keep a charge. The manager said that his mechanics couldn't figure out why BUT that they "saw something on the computer" and they believed the problem to be in the header. For another $750 they wanted to see if THIS was the problem. I told them to tow the vehicle back to my residence and I would have to pursue other options. Here's where it gets even more dicey- maybe it was in my mind, but the manager told me "it will keep a charge all day but it misfires". To me, that would mean it ran but was skipping- I'm not a mechanic so maybe I misinterpreted this. Either way, when the tow truck driver arrived he said (without me asking because he had to try and park the car) "I couldn't get it to start".I ended up getting it fixed at another place. I made sure to tell this place the lines had been cleaned and the gas tank drained.New place fixed the vehicle in less than 3 hours and runs better than ever.New place also told me -"it clearly STILL had diesel in it so I drained it, cleaned the lines, put $40 of regular in it, a bottle of fuel injector cleaner, drove it around for 45 minutes and it runs great"I am not saying Suwanee Service station did not do what they said BUT I am just saying I wouldn't trust them- whether it be because they don't know what they are doing ("specialists"? the person who fixed it had a tiny shop in North Georgia) or they were just trying squeeze every ***** they could out of me. They may even be good at just oil changes and tune **** I don't know. I'm also not going to find out in the future
