      In March 2023, I started a loan application for the purchase of the home from the Branch manager of My First Option Mortgage, I finally gave up the loan due to not reaching an agreement on the price of the unit and sent an email requesting the cancellation of the loan in date April 11. After requesting a credit report in September, I found out that MY FIRST OPtion Mortagage has continued spying on my credit reports at least 24 times in a period from April 2023 to August 2023. I want to know why this harassment of my Credit. I believe that my financial and personal information is in unscrupulous hands and I want to extend this complaint to prevent our community from being affected by these practices in Bad Faith

      I am rejecting this response because:

      24 SOFT INQUIRES? Can you explain the 24 Soft Pull after April 07 2023 once I requested the cancellation of the Loan? I should like to inform in writing that this seems like HARASSMENT to my credit. It would be good to know for what purpose, because I also want to make it clear that the loan application to finalize the purchase of a home owned by *****************************. Should I take this harassment as revenge against me for giving up the purchase of said home?

      On 03/03/2022 this company put a inquiry on my credit report, and I never didnt have any application for mortgage. I call the number that show on my credit report ************** ) and they cant answer how we can solve this situation, I just want ask the company to remove this inquiry.

      Our apologies for the delay in our response, we needed to understand what transpired before responding accordingly.  After interviewing the Loan Officer involved with this request, we connected with the Realtor that was working with the borrower and his wife at the time.  The first step in getting qualified for a mortgage is to check credit, which is what was requested of us.  We had the realtor provide the attached letter explaining what transpired.  Based on the information provided, we did what was requested of us, nothing more.  If additional information is needed, our suggestion is for Mr. ******** to reach out to his Realtor for a better understanding.
