I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received on July 5, 2024, at your 1044 Grease Monkey. On that date, I brought my ************* GLC 300 for an oil change, and it appeared that the service was completed properly. However, after driving approximately ***** miles, my vehicle's engine seized and became inoperable. The vehicle was towed to the nearest ************* dealership in ******, *******, where it was inspected. The inspection revealed the following, as written in my service report from the ************* service team:Tech heard grinding noise from area of front differential. Inspect on lift. Found missing front differential drain plug seal as if the drain plug was removed and the seal was not replaced. Also noticed no fluid was leaking out of the drain plug even though there was no seal installed. Tech removed front differential drain plug. Found the front differential drain plug was very loose. Also found that there was not fluid in it. Front differential has been drained of all fluid causing it to over eat and seize. Advise front differential replacement. Replaced front differential during replacement tech found the intermediate shaft stuck causing damage to the oil pan where it runs through it to the front differential. Need to replace the main oil pan also. The cost of repair was $8,635.65 I am not having luck speaking with anyone at corporate or in the local business to get reimbursement due to the terrible service and human error of their technician.

I pulled my Audi Q7 into the dealership to get oil changed. They took about 25 minutes to figure out how to take the cap off? under the hood. They then asked me if I was familiar with how to change the oil on my own car because they were unsure. After 45 minutes of being there I drove off to head to my house. Within 10 minutes I started to hear a sound from underneath my car. When I pulled over, I had realized they never secured the guard underneath and it was dragging and had partially torn off. I was literally about to head out of town so I called the store. One of the gentleman came to my house. He had to fully remove it because there was no option at that point and said they would contact audi and order a new part and have it replaced *********** forward, 8 weeks later, countless phone calls and texts, I continue to get the run around. As of last week, I was told they shipped it to the wrong address and had to re-order a whole new one but it shouldnt take longer than a week. As of today my most recent update, they told me it would be delivered as late as June 31. (A date that doesn't even exist). *** asked for the regional managers contact information numerous occasions, and they refuse to give it to me. They also claimed they would not order the part directly from Audi because it was three times the cost. Any company that does damage to a vehicle should be ordering the replacement part direct from that manufacturer, and not from some third-party company. I want them to order the correct part directly from the Audi manufacturer or give me the full credit that Audi would charge and I will take that money and go have it done myself.
