      On 03/21/2025 I went to the Do-It-Yourself Web site and ordered three items for use in my yard. I ordered Dormant Spray, Fruit **************** soil Drench and Repels All, for a total of $97.87. My credit card was billed on 03/25/2025 the total amount of $97.87. On 04/02/2025 I received an e-mail indicating the items were enroute. On 04/07/2025, I retrieved one small box from my mailbox (standard size stand-alone mailbox). The box contained the Dormant Spray item only. The items were sent via **** Tracking #**********************. The other two items have yet to be delivered. I first called Do-it-yourself pest control on 04/18/2025 to inquire about the two missing items. The representative confirmed all had been sent, and delivered on 04/07/2025. I explained I had received only the Dormant Spray. I was promised replacements would be sent out and I should receive them by mid-week. On 04/25/2025 I had not received the items, so I called again. I was told the items would be sent and I would get an email to track the items. No explanation of why I was promised the same thing a week ago and it was not done. I still have not received any notification the items were shipped or receipt of my complaint. I just want the two items I paid for.

      Purchase was made on 11/13/2022 The total cost for the purchase was $139.60 (approx. $34.90 per 4lb pack)I expected a functional, effective rodent bait/poison.I just want a refund, not a full refund, but a refund minus one of the 4 pounds bags because they refuse to take it back opened. The package was 4 sealed 4 pounds of First Strike bait. One was open to use. It has proven defective. To this date, not a single one was even bitten by a rodent in all the areas applied. The directions provided were followed; bait stations were set up and everything. Instead, I just see more rodent droppings in the areas where the baits are. So it is either the rodents have Bachelor's or Masters's Degrees in evading or its defective. I reached out several times, and theyve been communicative to an extent in the fact that I cannot return this even if I say its not working. Their best solution was for me to reach out to the manufacturer of the product, as they only sell it. Hows it my job to reach out to the manufacturer of something that was sold by another established business?I just want to be able to get a portion of my money back. Its a hard life out here to be wasting money on things that are supposed to work to some extent. You cant tell me the entire 16 pounds of rat poison cant get a single bite.
