    On 2-19-24 I placed Order: #****** for the amount of $189.95 for ****** Blue Lagoon WSB Pond, Lake and Fountain Colorant 50 Bags. It was paid through PayPal . I did not receive any order .On 3-15-24 I asked for a refund by email .On 3-15-24 I received a notice that a refund is being processed by PayPal for $180.45.I emailed pestrong 5%. The response was: "Sorry for the issue.But, we already announced 5% deducting and ordered non-stock item.We already place order, but you canceled, so we should keep the product once receive from the manufacturer." so now they are claiming i ordered an out of stock item.I have now filed dispute with pay pal and this has been the response ***************** million March 15, 2024 at 1:39:58 PM PDT I would like a full refund.P(Pestrong.com (KORUSA Pest Control)March 18, 2024 at 8:31:47 AM PDT He requested cancellation order#******. But, you just canceled order without waiting for restock them. 5% cancel fee is transaction fee which means non-refundable. I would have not ordered it if it was out of stock.

    On 10-13-22 I placed Order: #****** for the amount of $115.80 for pest bait stations. It was paid with a Discover Card through PayPal and charged to Discover on 10-13-22. I did not receive any order, nor had any emails or any other communication as to why I had not received my order.On 11-26-22 I asked for a refund by email since it seems like there was no chance of getting these.On 11-28-22 I received a notice that a refund is being processed by PayPal for $110.01.I emailed pestrong about the difference. The response was: "You agreed ************* that means cancelation got 5% deducting you agreed. But, I believe this is uncomfortable for you. If you want to place new order, I will give $5.79 credit for deducting order#******. This is all I can do for you."I have filed a case with PayPal, but it has not yet been settled.I did not cancel this order because I changed my mind. I cancelled it because I had not gotten this order after waiting a month and a half.
