1 starI had a terrible experience with ******* *****, Account Manager at **********************, who tried to commit fraud to make a sale. ******* came to my house to give an estimate for dealing with squirrels in the attic. Although I closed my door, I could still see him outsidenot even in my atticyet he later presented photos claiming they were from inside my attic. He showed me pictures of a "squirrel nest" made of tree limbs and branches, claiming it was in my attic. He also pointed out supposed droppings and multiple entry points, referencing photos that didnt seem right. When I asked for proof of actual openings, he got irritated and vaguely mentioned seeing some light in one area. What raised more red flags was that the insulation in the pictures looked brand new, despite my house being built in 1966. Another young lady who arrived later was also taking pictures, but ******* refused to share his photos with me, even after multiple requests.I had my neighbor go into the attic to inspect and take pictures. To my shock, the photos ******* showed me werent even of my attic. He completely fabricated the story using fake pictures and outright lies. This is blatant fraud. Be cautious when dealing with this company. Always verify claims by taking your own pictures and inspecting the area yourself. They tried to take advantage of me, and I dont want anyone else to fall victim to these deceitful practices.Review fromCrystal C

1 starFirst off I canceled this service after they came out twice because the technician barely sprayed there were still issues with bugs getting in so I called and told them I was disappointed and wanted to cancel. Come to find out I find in my email where they are still trying to bill me from over a year ago. I called to speak to someone and the agent also agreed it did not make sense why the continued payment and said someone would call me back. **** nobody ever called I get another email and respond it and I get the most unprofessional email back from what the so called supervisor responded about what they could state or what they could say was this and that ok so I for one read that as your threatening me about what you could say and its my word against yours yeah way to treat customers. This email should be shown so anybody who may be dissatisfied sees how they reply to you. Its honestly ridiculous especially when your own employees agreed the charge shouldnt be there.Review fromRoger M

1 starI had a very disappointing experience with Peach Tree Pest Control that resulted in property damage, poor communication, and unprofessional **************** Damage:The problem started when a technician from *************** Control installed bait stations around my home. During the process, the technician drilled into my irrigation line and control wires but failed to inform me of the damage. I only discovered the issue a month later when my irrigation system malfunctioned.Lack of Response and Accountability:I immediately contacted Peach Tree Pest Control after discovering the damage. They sent a plumber the following week, but he couldn't repair the issue because the control wires were damaged. He assured me that he would report it to the office and that they would follow up, but I never heard back from them.Neglect and Poor Resolution:Living in **************, I rely heavily on my irrigation system, so I had to repair the damage myself. Despite this ongoing issue, the only time Peach Tree Pest Control contacted me was to send a renewal notice two months before it was due. When I called to address the unresolved damage, I spoke with ***** ********, who seemed more interested in securing my renewal than addressing the damages. He offered to credit my next renewal instead of reimbursing me for the repair costs. When we couldnt agree, he informed me they would remove the bait stations from my property.Additional Damage During Removal:When they removed the bait stations, the technician left 5-inch-wide holes in my yard, only filling them with dirt and making no effort to reseed or restore my lawn. Additionally, they removed the stations two months before the contract end date, leaving my property unprotected and with unsightly bare spots. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Peach Tree Pest Controls lack of professionalism and poor communication have caused significant inconvenience.Review fromJoshua D

1 starI am extremely disappointed in this service and am stuck with it b/c of the bait system that other competitors wont service. Last quarter I had issues and spoke with the local mgr and expressed my dissatisfaction of being invoiced and not receive a service. This is a HUGE integrity issue for me and I'm sure many ppl pay w/o realizing they do not get the service. The mgr said that when I get the vm, to call and schedule the appt, so I can be home and unlock the gate. I recd a vm saying I would get service on Friday and was going to call today (Thursday) to get an exact time sometime next week. This morning I recd a text from my neighbor saying that Pestban was at my house. surprise surprise, i recd an invoice for a service that WAS NOT COMPLETED b/c my back gate is locked. This is completely unacceptable. ******* was the best and the service has gone WWAAAAYYY downhill I think b/c of an acquisition.Review fromPhil Y

2 starsI suggest also see the ****** reviews on Peachtree Pest. Interesting read. Peachtree Pest has been my provider for over 13 years since 2011. The first 11 years I was satisfied. The technicians were prompt, knowledge, and professional. In the last 2 years things started to change. When Peachtree Pest joined Pestban LLC and the *************** of brands, their customer service went down. The customer svc reps were not no longer knowledgeable, helpful, or interested. I stayed with Peachtree Pest because I liked the technicians who did the work. The final straw started in May 2023. Without consulting me, they changed my 13 year one-time annual billing to monthly drafts on my AMEX. In June I told them explicitly I did not want monthly billing, they agreed in writing to bill me annually with a one-time charge October 2023. These terms were confirmed with a email. In October they were suppose to draft an annual payment but that never happened. So in November, I called again about the annual billing that was supposed by charged to me in October. I couldn't get a straight answer. In December, I received a monthly email bill for p servicer. I again called customer service to get this straightened out. When I finally got through to customer service, I explained the annual bill that was promised would be on my AMEX in October. Then I got another monthly bill for December. I was getting very frustrated. I called customer service again in January **** so I could please pay the annual bill due in October. I even read the agent the email from Peachtree Pest confirming the annual payment amount and the terms. The agent checked with a supervisor, and and told me that the manager would "not approve the annual price" . This was the final straw yesterday. I fired Peachtree Pest I think others have a right to know of my experience. Peachtree Pest has already called and apologized and solicited my business but I am going to find another provider.Review fromBarbara G

1 starNot even giving them One star. Paid almost 2 k for wildlife service. I got caught in the middle of them firing, rehiring and folks quitting during Bug Offs merge with other companies (pestban, anticimex) and it became a nightmare. I missed work, communication became a problem and excluder cages were left on my house for months. They have NO record of that. Staff constantly complained about management I cut my hand on metal shards left behind and a lot of the mesh wiring, metal corners, etc fell off. Things are worse now and Im back to square one. I Dont recommend their wildlife contract or any follow **** Almost 2 yrs of h*** BCGReview fromEric D

1 starHad stains and spots on my house. i questioned the lawn company and pestban. Both said it was not from their chemicals. I proceeded to have house repainted. Technician came out for service on July 11, 2023 i watched him sling chemical out of his jug onto house. He then diluted with a sprayer. Paint is ruined now and will need repainted. They sent two managers out for pics and consultation. One manager said he would test chemical at the shop. The other manager could not believe it and never heard from him again. Waited for days and called first manager only to be told that it was out of his hands and was told to call another manager. It took two days to finally get a call back only to be called a liar. He insisted that they dont test anything and it wqs lawn company. i explained to him that the lawn guy DOES NOT use spray and all of the pics i sent pestban was date/time stamped of the exact day the technician come out and did the damage. This company has no communication or guidance period. All i asked for was to make it right but instead i was labeled a liar.
