Date of transaction: February 20th, 2023 Issue: bad product received Purchase amount: $493.19 Bad Product received: (3) 18x18 slip fit bases I received these bases non sanded which is very dangerous at time of handle them! You can cut yourself with those bases because they are not sanded so they are very sharp on all the edges and on the hangers. My husband told me that he could buy tools and everything to sand them by himself! That means EXTRA MONEY AND EXTRA WORK! Because they are very sharp but also we decided to contact the business due to the issue because is the responsibility of them to sand all of their products and make sure they are 100% safe for their customers. These items are not cheap items. I contacted the business via email, they asked me for pictures and I sent all pictures and they told me they would shipped 3 new bases properly sanded and I was okay but what I meant is I paid for a product that I did not receive properly sanded so is a bit dangerous as well and that isnt cheap! So I was hoping a better resolution from the business so they then offered me $60 store credit on my next purchase but what I understood is that they would still shipped the bases + $60 store credit which is fair to me due to the inconvenience! Now Im trying to reach them back and no response from the business. Which is very disappointed! We need to use the bases this week and so we have to sand them by ourselves and we need to spend time and money for them! When this issue wasnt our fault! It was their fault! Is completely fair to me receive new bases properly sanded + store credit due to the inconvenience because it was their fault. We of course trusted in the business and we want to continue support them but we also deserve good customer service and good and safe products. If they do not want to ship the bases Id like a refund at least I hope to receive a response.

This complaint has been resolved.  Three brand new bases were sent to the customer at zero cost to her.  She was able to also keep the bases she was unhappy with.  She has also since this complaint reordered a new products with our company and used the $60 credit we applied to her account.  Please remove this complaint.

I made a purchase and received partial of my order. What I did receive is unusable without the missing items. The company stated they shipped the items but I did not receive them. Georgia Expo has claimed the carrier lost the things missing and has filed a claim. I do not think I should have to pay for items that I never received not to mention I can't use any of the received items without the things that are missing. I have provided video proof that the pallet did not weigh what the shipper stated. I was told to return the items I can't use I would have a restocking fee. I was told that the pallet I signed for was incorrect I should have not signed for the pallet. They have not helped or assisted just took my $1000.00 and say sorry your items were lost we can't help you. There was a claim filed but has stated the carrier is only looking to refund $350.00 and that is that. I just can't believe there is such poor packaging and the company does not care as to how or where the items have gone missing. I am trying to get a resolution before filing a small claims court lawsuit. The video I show the driver hand carrying the pallet so we know the weight is not matching. I have never seen such a non-caring company. They have just started I need to re-order they can't help me. I keep hearing I signed the *** clean when I signed for 5pcs which were 4boxes and 1 pallet.

We shipped the order FOB from our factory on the agreed upon ship date.  The ownership of the order changes hands once it leaves our dock.  When the freight order was delivered, the pallet containing the bases was missing.  The customer contacted us to report the missing pallet and we opened up a freight claim with the carrier.  We also pulled the *** and saw the customer signed for the shipment clear.  We put highlighter pink stickers on all shipments that state, to sign for any missing or damaged product.  If the shipment is signed for clear, we have a very hard time winning those freight claims with the carrier.  After we explained this, the customer charged back the entire amount of the order, not just the missing items.  We won the charge back.  The claim was denied because the order was signed for clear, we refiled and ***** agreed to settle for of the amount as a courtesy to us, the customer refused this.  We refiled, had the ***** rep come out to meet with us, but all proof shows it was delivered so they are unwilling to pay the claim. After many hours trying to win this claim with the carrier, we decided to go ahead and refund the customer the amount of the claimed missing items to just move on.
