BEWARE of this company will LIE and manipulate pictures and harass home owners. They took a picture of my house for a supposedly HOA violation and sent me a letter with the picture and a timestamp that was edited on the picture. It is CLEARLY wrong as I have an outdoor camera of the same view and was able to cross check the date and time. Their picture doesn't match the actual timestamp. ******************.

The owner was confused because our picture was taken in the morning but timestamped later when the actual inspection job was processed. This can happen when an inspector takes the pictures and the manager for the community is not with them. In that case the violation is not approved until the manager for that community has a chance to review it themselves. Normally we don't have much of a delay, if any, but this day was an exception. We contacted the owner and explained the issue. We also have the original video as well showing the trash can clearly in front of the home when we came through.

Unlawful practices with little to no professionalism. ********* charges made to the account and PMI refused to correct the mistake.

The dispute was over roughly $6 in interest fees that accumulated between a statement date and the actual time of payment. The issue was discussed with the customer and has been resolved.

I was charged $1825 for an *** violation. Because I was a renter, they sent the violation notice the the landlord and didn't notify me. My landlord failed to notify me as well - so the charges kept adding up.I finally received a bill with no explanation. Visiting the *** in person was the only way I way able to get a copy of the alleged violation and an explanation of the charges. They claimed I had not cut the grass in 3 months. They had photos from the first week, but no evidence of a continuing violation. Even though - clearly - had I not been cutting the grass for 3 months would have been photographed bi-weekly.I presented evidence that the violation was taken care of 2 days after it had been recorded (they check the neighborhood in Thursday, and I cut the grass on Saturdays). I was told that since I hadn't submitted the proof within the deadline, I was still responsible for the entire amount. They did drop other violation fees after discovering their evidence was actually related to my neighbor. Finally I was informed despite not having proof that the violation has been ongoing for 3 months - and actually having in their possession photos that clearly showed otherwise - that the only way I'd be getting any fees back would be to file a lawsuit.

In this case, the owner of the house also never shared the tenant contact info with us. If they had, we would have sent a copy of every notice to the tenant as well. Multiple letters were sent to the owner and their management company over a period of 4 months with constantly recurring yard violations. Given the number of violations it appears to have been a recurring problem at this property so even though it closed at one point, it looks like it kept happening and the violations opened up again for new fines. The owner of the house is responsible for the fines so if they made their tenant pay them it is an issue between the tenant and their landlord. The landlord did in fact contact us on more than one occasion to say that they had notified the tenant about the issues so it is difficult for us to say who is correct in this case. If the tenant was not notified by the landlord about these issues we would agree with the tenant that that is not fair treatment and the tenant should go to the landlord for reimbursement.
