    I had paid Dilli ******************** dba Erazo Design and Build Remodel over 40 thousands dollars to remodel my house. In the amount of money I had paid this company $12,000.00 to put in Kitchen cabinets, trim on kitchen wall and a complete kitchen with all appliance all put back in place. To this very day 8/5/2024 this company stole my money and left me with an unfinished kitchen, no vanities in bathroom or shower door. I feel like I have been scammed. I had called this company and they have not answer my calls, nor returned any calls. I had also ********************* $330.00 dollars to complete my trim and he has not returned my calls. His has stole my money without giving me my trim.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We value every opportunity to clarify any misunderstandings and provide insight into the situation.

    We recognize the project mentioned, which we undertook as subcontractors under the primary contractor, "Dilli Cabinets & Countertops." It's important to clarify that we are not in partnership with Dilli Cabinets & Countertops; our role was solely as a subcontractor, performing specific tasks as directed by the contractor.

    As the project neared completion, an unfortunate incident occurred where a pipe in the laundry room burst, causing significant water damage to approximately 25%-30% of the work we had completed. In accordance with the instructions provided by the insurance company handling the claim, our work was put on hold to allow for proper assessment and to avoid further complications.

    Over a month passed before we were contacted to resume work. By that time, our team had already been committed to other projects, and we found that the scope of work required post-incident had changed from the original agreement with Dilli Cabinets & Countertops.

    Given these circumstances, we believe it is reasonable to request a renewal of the agreements between all parties involved. This would include adjustments to the contract to reflect the additional costs incurred due to the delay and the increased scope of work resulting from the incident. We would also like the opportunity to reevaluate the necessary tasks to ensure that the project can be completed to the highest standards while being fair to all parties involved.

    Our company was not hired directly by the homeowner but by ***** Cabinets & Countertops, who acted as the primary contractor. As such, it would be more appropriate for them to resolve this situation directly with Dilli Cabinets & Countertops. It is unfair that this complaint was filed under our good name, as we have always strived to perform our work to the best of our abilities under the circumstances provided.

    We hope this explanation provides clarity and appreciate your understanding as we work towards a resolution that is fair and equitable for everyone.
