    On 01/28/2025, I had placed an order for floor tiles from Floor Center (Order No. FC-2843). These tiles were delivered on 02/10/2025. However, we discovered that several tiles were broken/damage. Total damage tiles are 14 (7 boxes total, 2 tiles per box). I had notified this vendor about this issue immediately on 02/11/2025. I had even provided photos of all the damage tiles. I had requested replacements of all the damaged tiles from ****** ******* (sales manager) and ******* *****. I had informed both of them that we will need replacements as soon as possible to avoid any delay and potential additional cost from my contractor. I received an email from Ms. ******* telling me that she's working on it on 03/04/2025. I sent a couple of follow-up emails to check on the status and received zero response.

    Our team has made several attempts to reach you by phone but has been unable to establish contact. We would like to inform you that, in response to your initial request, we are sending a replacement for 12 boxes instead of the 7 boxes originally discussed.

    The delay in the replacement was due to the item being on backorder at the time of your complaint. However, we are expecting the material to arrive back in our warehouse on March 26th, and we will promptly process and ship your replacement order shortly thereafter.

    My initial complaint was #********. This company promised to replace the damage tiles that we received from our order on 01/28/2025 (Order #FC-2843). Total damaged tiles received are 14, 7 boxes total (2 tiles per box). Due to item being backorder, they couldn't replace the damage tiles right away. On 03/11/2025, ******* ***** from Floor Center sent an email promising to replace all the damage tiles plus additional tiles. To be exact, he promised he will send 12 boxes instead of the 7 boxes originally discussed. Today (04/27/2025), we received only 8 boxes total out of the 12 boxes he promised. In addition, 2 out of the 8 boxes we received today are damage. So, we are stuck with just 6 boxes (12 tiles). This is unacceptable and causing our family a lot of money due to the delay of our project at our home.
