      Do your research! Not BBB accredited says it all. I was billed plenty. Could never get the correct people on the phone. I could not get the correct supplies. I was unable to use the A-pap machine since November of last year (9-10 months) I made multiple calls with no return phone calls. When I finally got someone. They sent the wrong supplies. Fear not: They will bug you to death to keep your Doctor appointments and bill you and your insurance. I hope you have plenty of money. I sent mine back but still receiving bills that they refuse to adjust. In short, they care about billing and nothing for actual patient care. Good luck. Do not trust your breathing to this company!

      Dear Better Business Bureau,Patient satisfaction is our top priority, and we take all feedback seriously. While privacy regulations prevent us from sharing specific details of care, our comprehensive review of phone logs and records shows we worked with this patient to address his concerns and resolve the matter in a satisfactory manner.Our records show that we worked with the patient over several months to address issues reported in October 2024. When he contacted us about problems, we immediately recommended escalation to our physician and connected him with our Patient Advocacy Team. We processed and shipped the requested device within days of his approval.Our records indicate that when he requested a billing callback in February 2025, we made multiple attempts to reach him and were unable to leave messages because his mailbox was full. We eventually connected to discuss payment options, including a discounted buyout. He chose to continue with insurance billing at that time.When he requested to return the device in April 2025, our team provided detailed billing information and return instructions. We processed his return promptly when received and voided the final month's rental charge, as appropriate.We recognize that there are always opportunities to be even more persistent in follow-up calls, but we made good faith efforts at contact and continued working to resolve the issue despite being unable to reach the patient on several occasions. We regret that his experience didn't meet his expectations, but we are confident that we made every effort to address equipment issues, provide billing support, and facilitate equipment return when requested.

      This is the worst company ever. All the worry about is getting you ***** insurance information and getting paid!!! They will call you every now and then but if you call them like i have they tell me there is no record that I called and will not send equipment I need . Don't ever use this company.

      Horrible in every way, called, set up and had an online consult and then never heard from them over 2 weeks time. Called back in and asked what happened, they apologized and said that they would process insurance and call me back at the end of the day no matter what. Never heard from them again. What a joke! Beware, the reviews on here and yelp are legit. They simply dont care. I have no idea how they are in business still. Horribly run!

      Grifters. Had a brief phone consultation that was pretty pointless and then discovered that insurance wasnt compatible and now they are trying to bill me $100 for essentially nothing. You can get the same service for much less online.
