  This is my second time using American Remodeling both times I was 100% satisfied. I found ******** and his teams to be fast and affordable. Return.The first time I used, American Remodeling was in the spring of 2024. I had a leak on my roof that caused two leaks the ceilings of two floors of bathrooms. His team fixed the roof and both ceilings in the bathroom bathrooms. It looked as if no leak had occurred at ****** second time using American Remodeling was to repair an upper deck and a lower deck where the hot tub was, and also to repair thestairs going from the first deck to the second deck.Again this team was efficient, professional, and affordable. Im very pleased with my deck. They did all the repairs hauled away. All the debris also stainedthe deck for a very reasonable price. I will use American Remodeling again in the future if I have a need.

  ******** and his crew are great at their work. We have hired them in 2016 and 2024 for multiple projects - Flooring, Painting and ************** always shows up on-time and there is zero follow-ups needed. ******** is particular in making sure customer needs are taken care and does a good job at it.I recommend American Remodeling for projects that you need.

  I contacted American Remodeling for an estimate to repair damaged wood and drywall between two windows in my home. ******** provided me with an appointment for the next day. He showed up the next day within the designated time frame and described exactly how his crew would make the repairs and the time frame the repairs would be made in. He provided me with an estimate and showed me a copy of his general liability insurance. His estimate was not the lowest but it was competitive. The work was scheduled and performed. Im very happy with the quality and results of the work performed. Im so pleased with the work American Remodeling performed that I have scheduled them for additional items that need to be repaired in my home.

  ******** and his team went above and beyond with the services they provided us. I contacted him to replace the floors and to repaint a condo and the level of detail and quality of work was beyond my expectations. His team went thru the effort of moving everything away from objects in closets to stuff against the wall to make sure everything was painted and then even place everything back. Great team highly recommend and most important he finished ahead of schedule. I will definitely hire him again.

  American Remodelling was contracted to repair and fix a leak in my chimney/roof, repair a lot of rotten wood on the exterior of my house and install an exhaust fan in my kitchen. The job was completed in a timely manner and I am satisfied with their quality of work. I am very happy with their service, quoted price and the professional value they offered to the whole project and I would highly recommend them for any repair and remodelling work.

  We have had Fernando and his team work on three projects at our Suwanee home.
  Bathroom remodeling, Front jammed door repair and removal of timber retention wall in the back yard and replaced with brick stone wall. They are reliable and trustworthy

  I worked with American Remodeling in the past and I was incredibly pleased with the work. Two weeks ago, I asked American Remodeling to install a safety railing in my attic, paint my fireplace, including the mantel, power wash the sidewalk and driveway. The tasks were completed in a timely fashion. Now it's safe for me to go up in the attic, the painted fireplace gave my living room a facelift and my sidewalk and driveway look brand new. I highly recommend American Remodeling.

  Master bathroom was done on time and very professionally. Once done it looked so good and beyond my expectations. Mr ************************* is very friendly and very responsive and knowledgeable. His crew also is very knowledgeable and come on time.
