I am a small business owner and I was offered to have my existing website revamped as a promotional offer for signing up with a PNC wholesaler. At the time I had an existing website in which I built using Wix platform. I built the site and added the content. Bright fire contacted me and offered to rebuild my existing site free of charge for signing up with ***********. Upon me leaving BOLT, Bright Fire contacted me to notify me that the website they were hosting would be taken down if I do not pay a monthly fee if 115 a month. This cost was expensive so ultimately I made the decision to revert back to using my original site in wix. I paid the fees I owed Brightfire and took my domain name back and published my original site. A few weeks later Bright Fire contacted me via email accusing me of copy write infringing, on a site I had built prior to doing business with Bright Fire. The content, the verbiage, and template were all in existence prior to doing business with this fraudulent company. Bright fire has misleading billing practices, they over charge, and most of all they take already existing information and move it over to one of there fancier websites templates and try to take full credit for the creativity and information. I feel like this company bullies small businesses and use unethical business practices in an effort to cause harm and distress to existing businesses. They are clearly stalking my website and business to bully me back into being a customer of their company. I have emailed them a cease and desists notice to stop harassing and stalking me and my business. Beware if this company and refrain from doing any business with them. They do not help small businesses. Instead they try and find ways to bring small businesses down,

**************** became a customer of ********************** when she accepted a no cost website offered through a partner company that included the cost in their services. When **************** canceled her services with the partner company, we reached out to **************** to see if she would be interested in continuing to use the website we were providing for $115 per month. **************** agreed and provided her payment information. After a few months, **************** decided to stop using our service when we reached out to resolve billing issues. Since the billing issues could not be resolved, BrightFire decided to stop communicating with **************** and will not contact her in the future.
