    I ordered 2 bags of pond weed pellets last June. Order#****** via PayPal. After waiting over a month, I contacted the company to find out why I hadn't received them. ***************** replied and said they didn't ship because they didn't have 2 bags. I told him to ship 1 bag and the other when he got it in. Later, when I followed up to check on the second bag, he said he couldn't find another bag and gave me a store credit. I emailed him and told him a store credit does me no good. I need pellets, and their store does not have them. I need the money to order the pellets from someone else. I got no response. When I emailed again, he told me I already had store credit and that was the end of it. This company has had my ****** for over a year and has not sent the product and refuses to refund the money.They say they can't refund because I paid by ******. I don't care how they send me the money; they can send a business check. I just want my money back.
