    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!We have had nothing but problems with Weed Man. Currently they do not service our yard but roughly a month ago one of their technicians came onto my yard, un-welcomed and by accident, and sprayed pre-emergent on our yard that had been aerated and re-seeded. This effectively stopped any progress the re-seeding was making. They initially offered a solution of applying charcoal and then reseeding but that was weeks ago. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE up to this point. One attempt to do the charcoal treatment resulted in the wrong truck being sent with a fungicide not charcoal. How do these mistakes keep getting made? We are now looking at going a whole season with a patchy yard because of their technician coming on to our property and ruining it.I can get no response from Weed Man, even after multiple calls and texts a week. I did get a quick text response when I reach out via a different phone number. At this point I am being ignored and am being left with the results of their mistake.About 2 years ago they did service our yard and neglected it, resulting in the whole back yard dying and it was nothing but dirt. They had to pay to read the whole yard. Do your research, so you arent left researching trespassing and property damage laws like I am currently doing!
