    I purchased a Transmission for this Salvage yard for a 1987 Country Squire Wagon i purchased this transmission on 05/05/2022 the owner MR.******* ****** we road around in the salvage yard to find a transmission that was compare with my older model car 302 engine size it would match up with a crown victory and narrow all the search down. so me and the owner rode around the yard and we found one transmission that we thought might be a match for my vechile and i purchase the unit on 05/05/2022 customer services is very bad they dont answer the phones down there only have one or 2 guys over the whole yard it takes them hours to answer the phone and sometimes they still dont answer the phone i talk to the owner about replacement of the transmission and they refused to replaced it for me conditions on the i purchase was a lemon i made several attemps to have this issue resolve but he stated that there was nothing he could do to help me he even tried to cover his tracks to so that he wouldnt be held liable for replacing the transmission for me and also providing a warranty for me we could not have known if the transmission would not work after the install which was later on end of may towards june because the mechanic had other cars to working on so therefore we had to wait until all of that was compelted before he started to work on my car and before he could install my transmission which was a lemon and he was trying to blame the mechanic for this issue the transmission would not change in 2 gear every thing was install properly and all necessary but the transmission just do not work and i cant keep paying money out to the transmission rebuilt and have it unistall and and reinstall again i am asking for a replacement transmission are money to pay to get this issue resolves i have been out of my vechile for 6 months or longer i been with transportion getting back to forth to work i have to pay out pocket for my transportion and the salvage yard!!! mess up!!

    I am responding to the complaint that was made by ******** ******.  We have spoken to this custom on several occasions about the transmission that was purchased.  Our receipts plainly state at the top that there would be a 30 day warranty on all parts of this type.  We can not control when a shop outside of our business installs such parts.  We do have an onsite mechanic that installs engines and transmissions and when our customers choose to use him our warranty doesn't start until he has it installed.  Sadly when parts are taken off of our site we have no control or way of knowing this information.  Ms. ****** mechanic did notify us that after installing the transmission that her radiator was bad to which will graciously gave them one at no charge but at this point the bad one on the car had already filled the new transmission with water which damaged it.  We do stand by all parts that we sale but due to the high volume of our business we can not possibly keep track of each part and when someone installs it although she could have picked up the part when her mechanic was ready to install but once again this option was never discussed with us.

    I would like to respond back to this complaint  the complaint was closed before i got a chance to answer to my complaint 

    they company is not trying and not willingly to reslove any issue regarding this matter and there not trying to make it right on my behalf and they are still trying t blame the mechanic for the mishappen and the mechanic buy parts fromthem everyday and they know this already so therefore still nothing been resolves in this matter furstation and still not outcome they are willing to make it right. in the this matter
