    This funeral home was in charge of burying my mother on **** ***. They assist me with my mother life insurance policy. Instead of asking for the cost of my mother funeral which was 8,300 they ask for the whole 25,000 policy amount. I have been asking about my mother policy money for months. I kept asking for my mother's death certificate which i received late August. He lied and told my brother he mailed the check off on August 23 which we never received. After my husband contacted Mr Charles M********* on Sept 26th he wrote me a check in the amount of 8,500 and called my husband on September 29 to tell him he wrote me a bad check. I contacted my business bank and to explained to them what happened and they froze my business account where I pay my employees. This funeral company has lied to me and my brother over and over about when we will receive our beneficiary money and has cost me to lose more money. He is a rip off and fraudster. My mother life insurance company and his funding company advised me that they give Mr Charles M********* the 25,000 long ago. I should have never received a check from Fields Funeral but from the insurance company itself. My business account has been comprised and I want to sue for emotionally distress and negligence on this company part causing my assets to be frozen. Closed this business down so he will not hurt another soul. I can't even continue to grieve my mother in peace.
