    This is the worst rental park in ***********, GA. They do not care about their tenants at all. They charge ridiculous rent on old trailers that are falling apart because they don't want to fix anything. All they care about is money. They have bad attitudes when you address an issue at your home. I wouldn't recommend no one move in their park until they get the staff right. I don't really think the owner care as long as he gets paid. This is sad tenants have to be treated like this.

We have fixed all of your issues in the home and you are currently residing in a home of ours, so what can we do to make your living arrangements better ?     This profile says it does "tent rentals" and that is completely false. RCA Rentals is a company that rents mobile homes that are falling apart to people barely making ends meet and pushing them out of these homes because they can't afford to live there anymore. Every couple of months they want to fine you for not moving your car when they mow the grass or saying they are going to put individual water meters per trailer to charge us for water, which comes from the city. They took over at the first of the year and it's been awful. With inflation and the constant charges my family may have to move in with family weather we choose to or not. I do not trust this company and the trailer we live in is run down already because the last owners wouldn't fix anything and these owners, RCA, make excuses and blame the tenants for the problems with the floors and the a/c unit. So what are we suppose to do?

    Thank you for your comment and we truly apologize for any issues that you have had with our property, but we have addressed the only 2 service tickets that you have submitted regarding your home. We have put a lot of effort into getting the parks cleaned up and maintained so that the residents that live there can feel good about coming home; part of this effort is that we have a lawn care team come out every 2 weeks to cut and weed eat but they are unable to complete their tasks if there are vehicles in the way (they will not cut near them in order to not have any damage done to the vehicle). We send an email out the Friday before your park is due to be cut so everyone knows when to expect the lawn care team so they can move their vehicles and personal belongings out of the way. As for the water issue, we are charged for the water from the city and in turn charge the tenants for the water used. We did research on local rental rates and set our homes to market rate so that all properties would be in line with each other. We cannot speak to anything that was or was not done in the park or to the homes before we purchased the park but make every effort possible to handle all service tickets in a timely manner that are submitted.
