      In *******, the local branch of CNS Next split apart from my local utility company, since then I notice that my internet service progressive have gotten worse, until in ********. when I notice that one day, that I would have and the next day I would not any service, until around ********* where I got absolutely no internet until the three week of *******. Beginning in the first week of ********, I started called CNS to help me get my service by up and online. I told them, that I thought that my modem box was going out to either have someone to bring me a new or have one available for me to pick up at the local office. I called them several times a week between the first week of ******** until the middle of *******, when they finally had someone bring me out a new modem box, which solve my problems. Between those, one of the time that I called CNS NEXT, one of their agents said, that I do not have a high download speed for my internet, and talked my into installing a satellite with company, that I after was being investigated for fraud. This is named ******. In the middle of *******, they finally had someone to bring out me a new modem box, which solved all me problems. Since then, I have trying get them to credit my account for the month of service that I paid for but did not recieve, and CNS NEXT has refused to do so.

      I cannot get anyone on the phone to adjust my bill. They have swapped cable services and are much too high so I am not switching over. They cut off my service on October 30 and I received a bill for the full amount. No one will answer the phone when you call nor return my phone calls.
