On July 4-July 5 the *** had my townhome building re-roofrd. The roofers bent my gutter, shifted my soffit, and put a hole in my window screen. I informed them of the damage 4 times. I reported the damage to my insurance company which contacted the *** to ascertain my coverage and responsibility. The *** did not respond the the insurance company. After 2 weeks I have had no response.

    Good Morning,

We manage this Community for a Board of Directors, we do not make decisions or decide what happens on the property.  We work at the direction of the Board.  We have only managed this property for 5 month and have responded to at least 14 emails from this one Homeowner.

I do understand the board is looking into her issues and once they give us direction we will take whatever steps we are given.

    Sincerely,

My building had a new roof put on July 3- July 4. In the process, my gutter was dented, the soffit was shifted, and a hole was put in my window screen. I have contacted Elite Costal Management several times to be told I had to wait for a board meeting which has yet to occur. I wish to have the roofing company or the management company to make the repairs.

In 2022, they were known as Landmark 24, but same business at this point just new name. Because our HOA payment posted late through their online payment platform, they issued a lien against our property. I complained about it and was told the lien filing fee had to be paid because they started the process. This year I took care of everything and have been requesting since February 2023 for proof of lien removal. I was told (via email) that once they had the release from the court they would provide me with proof. I emailed over a period of months and still no response, proof of lien removal, nothing. I even asked them if four amenities keycard was active or did I need to do anything. No response. One day I finally stopped by the facilities to scan my keycard to see if it worked and it did so I didn’t pursue that request. However, I sent another email shortly before summer asking again about the lien and told them I would be filing a BBB complaint. No reply. Stopped by on a day off, September 1st but their office was closed ahead of Labor Day. This is my formal complaint because it is now the last quarter of the year and no resolve and they are horrible with follow up and communication.
