    Ordered a stone monument for deceased mother, ****** ***** Sept 2023. DePue has not produced the stone, engraving etc. talked with ******* *** numerous times to get this resolved. He promised it would be engraved by Christmas. Went there in person and it was not ready. Promised it would be engraved and installed by Jan 9. It was not. He will not return calls, emails etc. I have tried to call him, other have tried to call and we cannot get anything resolved. He has had my money since Sept 2023. I want the engraved stone installed. Please help me

    I am an almost 87 year old widower that paid $3,906.41 in July of 2022 to purchase a headstone for my wife who passed away in November of 2021 and Depue has yet to deliver the headstone and they refuse to refund me my money. The staff constantly lie and mislead me about delivery. I have been contacting them since July of 2023 to no resolve just more lies about the headstone being delivered soon. At almost 87 I have few good days left and I just want a refund so I can purchase my wife of over 63 years a headstone from somewhere else.

    Good day,

    Regarding ID ********. We totally agree this is an unacceptable time frame to complete said order. I have attached a letter from our main supplier as to the state of monument problems we are all experiencing. The 9 - 12 month completion dates given at the time of this and many other orders were done so in good faith. Industry supply chain issues as detailed in the attachment have disrupted all our schedules! We are beginning to see improvement in stone shipments, but reliable delivery dates are still very fluid.

    On a good note, the order in question has arrived, has been completed and is awaiting  inspection by the customer before it is installed in the cemetery.    

    Thank you for taking the time to hear our side, We understand these are families loved ones' monuments and not a pair of shoes they are waiting on. We too have family & friends waiting on their monuments also. (SEE ATTACHED
