    LANIER AIR PRODUCTS was responsible for restoring customers Air Dryer before leaving the site or left the site or -- in the least -- advising customer that the Air Dryer was not functioning or could not be restored to function so that customer could make the determination to deliberately run their extremely sensitive and expensive equipment on non-dried air or not. LANIER AIR SYSTEMS failed to do ******* has taken unnecessarily long -- two months and entirely too much effort to achieve partial customer satisfaction after irrefutable evidence of air system maintenance malpractice was provided to service provider. Damages caused by LANIER AIR PRODUCTS negligence totals (to-date) is $2144 which is $585 more than the labor charge of $1559 that was finally forgiven on 9APR2025 from the service invoice. Damages incurred to the customer do not include labor costs of replacing these damaged components. Customer is still seeking compensation for $584.50.LANIER AIR PRODUCTS provided unacceptably poor service to our business on 9FEB2024 with air compressor repair and maintenance service. The invoice total was $7395.65, of which $1559.25 was labor cost. Their quality of workmanship was immediately conspicuously lacking including obvious air leaks and loose fittings, with subsequent further discovery of non-compliance with the compressor manufacturers maintenance procedures by their technician who is allegedly KAESER-manufacturer-qualified. The chief complaint, however, is their malpractice in air system maintenance. LANIER AIR PRODUCTS left our site with the Air Dryer deactivated by two means in spite of their technician being reminded 16 times (per the irrefutable compressors electronic digital log) that this was the Air Dryers status during his visit. It took the customer assertive escalation to get this resolved but ended up taking 16 days of running plant equipment with wet (e.g., non-dried air) before LANIER AIR PRODUCTS rectified their mistake.

    Good morning,

    Thank you for your responsiveness with this matter.

    Repairs from damage resulting from ***** Air Products' service negligence have not been completed.  Customer ordered parts described in Complaint, but 6 of 8 replacement valves are backordered from the Japanese manufacturer and, accordingly, have not been installed yet.  Customer is contending with sub-standard machine performance (with associated nuissance/additional product packaging costs due to additional labor time needed).
