    March 26, 2020 I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet cobalt LS from Summit Auto Sales in ****** *******. Everything was going good with the vehicle up until here lately. I had to have it in the shop up there several times to get things repaired it seem like every time I went up there something else I had to come back for and be fixed, the last issue was back in April or May of this year. I had taken the vehicle up there to Summit and told him that the O2 sensor needed to be replaced and the both lower control arm ball joint assembly on both sides. They replaced the struts and tire rod ends before that , but my main issue is that I was out and out lied to by the owner ***** he and his mechanic both swore up-and-down that the wall lower control arm ball joint assembly have been fixed when I received the bill for the charge for the O2 sensor and they had to put new brakes on as well. That the repair was not added to the bill as well so therefore, I was never able to get my car aligned. I submitted a repair thing from AutoZone with the cost and everything and it was like totally ignored every time I tried to tell him that something needed to be repaired on the vehicle. All he would say is that all they want is to charge more money to fix things that dont necessarily need to be fixed. I even told him that I had gone to a certified mechanic that has been a mechanic for several years and he still put it off as like I was just talking to the wall, so therefore, my car was not repaired a week ago I stopped at a car dealership and gave them the information and when they tried to pull up the credit report it showed that he does not report to the credit bureau. neither will he give the name of the finance company every time you ask him the result I would like out of this is and owe nothing on the vehicle so that I can trade it in and get a decent running vehicle I also learned that he was banned from three states, *******, **************, and **************. I think he needs to be banned from Georgia as well.
