    We placed an order with ***** at Graphics Apparel LLC between two businesses that I am involved with, ***** ********** and ***** ******, both located in Rossville, GA. The orders were placed Nov. 11th and paid Nov. 15th. The total of both invoices was $8,265.24. It is nearly April and we have not received our orders. Numerous attempts to contact ***** (****** ******) have been met with promises about delivery, which never come through, excuses, or silence. We either want our completed orders, or a refund. This has been communicated to ***** several times. All correspondence have been kept for record, and are available upon request.

    I have spoke with ****. I have also delivered product to him. I am now waiting on a check from my vendor so I can issue him a refund for the product that did not get completed. My embroiderer had eye surgery and then broke her leg with immediate surgery to follow. I returned the product and I have told **** at ***** that I would issue him a refund as soon as I receive the funds from my vendor.
