    To whom it may concern at This is a letter of complaint. I Sent a prepaid amount of $444.68 to rent a vehicle at budget I never received the vehicle or saw it. My money was suppose to be refunded an I have yet to receive it.     I booked a rental car through budget on June 30th and I used a third party company called Uplift. The whole rental process was horrible, the manager and worker there was untrained and very unhelpful and I ended up having to cancel my rental. It's been almost 3 months since I cancelled and however they have not given the third party the refund from my cancelled reservation. The third party has now put it on my credit and I have not been able to get into contact with budget on this matter. Budget customer service was rude and unprofessional. Third party Uplift says they need their refund from budget. I need this taken off my credit.

    I have spoken with Uplift regarding the customers reservation and was advised they could not provide me with any information regarding the loan. They also advised that we would need to reach out to our **************** to confirm the reservation was cancelled with a full refund back to the card Uplift used to prepay the reservation. I sent an email on October 5, 2023 and should have a response regarding the status of the refund within 10 - 14 business days. Once the refund has been processed the customer should be able to request Uplift reverse any negative information reported to the credit bureaus if not automatically corrected.
