    Hired AllTransportDepot on 11/26/24 to transport and ship my vehicle from *********** ** to ****************. Despite my timely payments with regard to the timelines given by the company.Their failure to provide me with a timely bill of landing for customs clearance forced my vehicle to remain on port for 4 days after the vessel departed which in turn cost me an additional $720( $150 Daily). I have written to them twice to discuss this issue/hardship, but to no avail. I cannot find contact info for the company CEO to let my experience be known.

    THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND THEY REFUSE TO SHIP MY **** ****** COROLLA *************** PRICE...$1635.65 WITH CHASIS NUMBER, **** ****** Corolla. VIN: *****************. THEY INSIST I HAVE TO PAY THE **** TRANSPORTATION AND I DID ASK FOR THE WIRING INFORMATION BUT THEY ONLY PROVIDE ME WITH BANK DETAILS WITHOUT SWIFT CODE. UNTIL TODAY NO ONE FROM THERE COMPANY IS RESPONDING BACK TO ME , THEY HAVE LIED THEY DONT HAVE THE *** WITH THEM, I HAVE CALLED AND PLEAD EVEN CALL THEM INFRONT OF THE ******* POLICE TO BE SURE I HAVE A *** WITH THEM BUT THEY STOP PICKING UP MY CALLS. PLEASE HELP
