Purchased $13 car wash on 9/28 at Aqua Rain Car Wash. Received a receipt which identified the $8 Basic Wash instead of the $13 Basic Wash plus Tire Shine which billed to my card. Once the wash was in process, an unidentified object began repeatedly striking my vehicle. Front windshield shattered, indentations made on hood near sunroof, rear windshield completely broken out and paint damage on trunk was incurred. Water also flowed into my vehicle through broken rear windshield. Once out of the wash tunnel, attendants advised they could not find anything which would have caused the damage and continued allowing entry to other vehicles. While still on site, I called for police assistance to file a report. During that time, a second vehicle incurred a shattered front windshield within the wash tunnel. An Assistant Manager ("*******" per an attendant) had arrived on site by this point and ********s were then directed away from entering. The attendant advised me at that point that the damage had been caused by a "rotor" and they had simply "tied it to the side" to prevent further damage. They then proceeded once again allowing costomer entry through the wssh. The Asst *** (*******) did not at any point address myself or the 2nd ******** who also incurred vehicle damage. Further, when I returned to the business the next day (9/29), attendant "*****" first advised that he could not provide contact info for the owner. He then subsequently gave the name **** **** as the owner with contact number ************. I left a voice message on that line at 11:59 AM on Sunday 9/29. A few moments later, I received a text message from that number indicating my message had been received but the owner of that number had no affiliation with a car wash. I have not yet been able to identify valid contact info for the business owner.
