      Nov 04 ************************************************************************** colonial heights ******** (new market convenience)*********,the product money on my mind was damaged the sticks had no or little scent and had a sickening drug like effect noorani was contacted about this blunt effect product,they in turn sent me an email gift card which could only be used online any purchases I made required a 5.00 shipping charge; so I actually got no refund,gift card has not been used , they wouldn't waive the shipping charges.i request the consumer check or physical gift card they originally said they would send.****** l *****

      Regarding the shipping charges tied to your gift card, I empathize with your situation. Although our current policy does not allow us to waive shipping fees, we frequently run promotions that include free shipping, which may be beneficial for your future purchases.

      As for your request for a consumer check or physical gift card, I regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate that under our current policy. Your gift card remains valid for any future online purchases.

      I am writing to formally acknowledge the rejection of the customer complaint regarding the incense product purchased by ****** *****. We respect the customer's feedback and accept the conclusion reached in this matter.
      We want to reiterate that Mr. ***** has been issued a gift card, which does not have an expiration date. He is welcome to use this gift card at his discretion for any future online purchases, should he choose to do so.
      At this time, we have no further resolution to offer regarding this issue. We appreciate the opportunity to address the complaint and thank you for your understanding.
