    Unprofessional company. Had them scheduled to move me today and they never showed up. Someone was sick, which happens. On the yelp reviews this situation seems to happen to their customers a lot.They couldnt make it right by guaranteeing to move me the next day. Quite frankly, they didnt care at all. They strung me a long for hours trying to find another crew for me and then asked if I wanted to cancel. Really left us in a bind as now it is late on Saturday and we have to be out of our rental property tomorrow. Dont use this company they are unreliable and dont give a c*** They will leave you high and dry.

    Unfortunately, due to an unexpected illness, our crew was unable to perform the services as planned. While we worked tirelessly to reassign your job to an alternate team and even reached out to neighboring offices to find a replacement crew, we were ultimately unable to secure a solution that met your needs on the same day. We offered to reschedule for the next day and extended a significant discount as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand these alternatives did not align with your plans.  


    This situation is highly unusual and not reflective of the standard we set for ourselves. With a team of nearly 200 dedicated employees and over 100 fleet vehicles in *******, reliability and exceptional service are the hallmarks of our company. Our entire team is committed to delivering a seamless experience for every customer, and we are truly sorry that we did not achieve that for you.

    I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the moving services provided by your company. This experience has been the worst I have ever encountered with a moving service.My husband and I chose to engage your company after being assured of a 2-hour pick-up and drop-off window. We requested a morning slot to avoid Atlanta traffic and to accommodate our new home location, which is an hour away. The representative who provided our quote assured us that this timing would be noted and that any delays would be addressed with either a discount or an additional 45 minutes of service. Despite this assurance, the movers arrived only by 4 PM, resulting in a significant delay.Upon arrival, the movers were not informed about the previously noted arrangements and exhibited careless handling of our belongings. Consequently, our furniture sustained scratches, dents, and missing pieces. Most concerning was the fact that our brand-new dryer was dropped off the ramp. Additionally, the move resulted in scratches to our newly installed wood floors and chipped paint on our walls due to improper handling.My attempts to address these issues with the dispatcher, *****, were met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Despite repeated calls, we struggled to get a response. When we finally managed to speak with *****, he was argumentative rather than solution-oriented. He proposed a minimal discount, which was inadequate given the extensive damages and poor service.The movers' behaviorusing our microwave, lounging, and appearing unprofessionalfurther compounded our dissatisfaction. It has become clear that there are significant issues with management and communication within your company.Given the extensive damages and unprofessional conduct experienced, I will not be using your services again and will advise others accordingly. I urge you to address these serious issues to prevent future customers from facing similar disappointments.

    MOVER GOT SO ANGRY THAT HE THREW A BED FRAME IN ANGER AND DID SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE. ENOUGH SAID.
