    I placed an order through amazon.com. Apparently this is a third-party company, so Amazon has not been able to help me with this although I am going to request that they do again. I place the order on January 23, 2023 for pepper spray. I did not like the design of the product and felt it would be unsafe to use. When I asked for a refund they refused to give me a shipping label because they said they cannot ship it back to themselves. They're able to ship it to me, but they can't ship it back. They told me I had to ship it back and after I did that they would refund me the money for the product plus the shipping. I felt that this was ridiculous because if they can't ship it how can I ship it as it is pepper spray and can't be legal for an individual to ship. But they insisted that I could so I tried **** and *** and they cannot allow me to ship it because it's pepper spray. I paid *****. The Amazon order number is 114-6202081-4068261.

              Thank you for your time to giving us chance to explain our side of story .First of all of we Apologies any inconvenience.  She bought product on Tue, Jan 24, 2023 and according to the order details we have shipped her order same day using Amazon shipping label .We have also bought shipping label through Amazon paid $3.88 because Amazon wouldn't allow us to buy shipping label from third party .According to the **** tracking number ********************** product has been delivered on Thu, Jan 26, 2023, 8:29 AM PDT.She contacted us Feb 27, 2023 1:08 PM saying she don't like the design .We immediately reply her  Saying "We apologies for the trouble .We mentioned each of our product before to ship if it's Hazmat product and **** already knew what's inside the package .That's why we mentioned Pepper spray is non-returnable but you want to return it and there is no way we will provide to post paid return shipping label because of Hazmat product .You have to go to post office to ship it back and we will refund return shipping cost as well .Thank you for you cooperation's ,Have a great day". She replied back "I don't care if it gets returned or not. I just want a refund because I don't like the design of the product. I assumed that you wouldn't give me a refund unless it was returned". We love to refund her full money plus whatever shipping cost she will pay to return the product. According to Amazon we can buy shipping label to ship the product to Amazon customers but we are unable to provide the return shipping label Since we have mentioned clearly "This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement" but in her case she don't like the design .She called Amazon couple of time to ask them to return product Amazon represent explain her same story this product is non-returnable because of Hazmat product but still want to return product .We asked her please go ahead to post office return the product and we will refund your full money plus return shipping cost as well. We love to refund her full money plus return shipping cost but she don't want to return the product and insisting us to refund her full money .Please see attached documents clearly mentioned product non-returnable, Order details, customer communication, and the shipping cost we paid. The bottom line of story we love to help her at whatever cost .If she don't want to return the product and still want to get her full refund we are more then happy to refund her full money.Thanks,have a great day
