    I bought a couples massage for my parents that live in ******, *******, and every attempt to have services rendered have failed. Theres no one ever at the business when my stepfather rides by there and their phone number is no longer operational.

    We do apologize for this customers experience of them not being able to use their gift certificate and a refund has been issued.  Our business hours are Wednesday-Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 12 noon-5pm except during the holiday season there are some changes. For example we were closed December *****th and January 1st which might have been the time this customer stopped by.  During normal business hours our doors are always open and the business phone is operating. Also, we encourage customers to book appointments via our website www.warriorbodyspa.com, or leave a message outside business hours which will be returned the next business day. I hope this better explains the situation, and again we are sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvenience they experienced!

    I have not received my refund. I would gladly accept  a refund, but warrior spa has not issued one. I checked my credit card prior to sending this response.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have NOT received the refund yet. Most merchant refunds are one or two days not one or two weeks. The business has not refunded.
