      I booked my move with a company who contracted Efficient Relocation to move my belongings. One guy showed up to move my stuff and the second showed up several hours later. They came completely unprepared. They didn't have any tape, moving blankets, or plastic wrap to protect my things. They had to stop and leave to go purchase these items. My stuff was finally on a truck around 2pm. I had an AirTag in a box. My belongings then sat in a warehouse for about NINE days before it started making its way towards my new home. Keep in mind, I was told that this move would take 3-5 business days. On September 19th my things were in ************** and did not move again until September 22nd. During this time I would reach out to ******* ****** and he would not respond. I would text, call, and email him to get an update and would not receive a response. The movers finally showed up on September 23rd at 7pm and tried to scam me by charging me an elevator fee, even though my rate was guaranteed with no additional fees. They said since it was late, they will come back the next day and deliver my stuff, no additional charge. I then get a call by ******* at 7:10 am yelling at me threatening to send my stuff back to where I moved from if I did not pay the additional $500. At this point they have all of my belongings and 80% of the money. The movers then show up the next day charging me for a re-delivery fee (which they said they would not do the day prior), and then tried to tell me I needed to pay them $200 for the hotel they stayed in which was a ******** I had them move my belongings into a storage unit to avoid the fees and I paid them the remaining money and showed them proof the money sent electronically. I then get a call a few hours later from the movers claiming their boss had not received the funds and they threatened to stay near by until they got the money. Even though I showed proof that it sent. This company is corrupt, threatening, and dishonest. Do not use them.

      Efficient Relocation Moving and Storage LLC was subcontracted by broker, Mayflower Relocation Services, LLC, (side note, broker was sued by Mayflower Transit for trademark infringement) after I had made a downpayment and signed a contract with the broker. On arranged date (01 OCT 2021), a Penske truck and two movers showed at my deceased mother's home in St. Louis County to pick up an heirloom dining room set that was my grandparents'. The furniture was to be moved to my home in CT. The movers were not the owner-operator nor the named agent I was given the day before. At this time a cash payment of $827.67 was made. To date (01 FEB 2023), I have not rec'd the dining room set. I did file a civil suit and was awarded the amount I asked for, but neither any agent of the mover nor the owner-operator, ***************************, have paid that amount. I contacted his insurance company, however, they could not cover the amount. The claims adjuster told me she had talked to **************** and he claimed he had paid the court. When I called the court, I found that he had not paid the court any amount owed me.While I have not had any success with any police force, I do consider my property stolen.
