5 starsMy parents home water bill kept getting higher and higher over several months and then eventually doubled. They are two elderly folks who have not changed their water usage. We reached out to Water Savers LLC. They helped explained the entire process and we had a leak detection company come out to physically find the leak. The scheduled a date/time to replace our water service line from the meter to our home. The process was smooth and we hope to have low water bills again! Thank you..!Review fromBob M

5 starsThis company goes above and beyond from the manager ******* and ******* the office mgr., beautiful company go above and beyond to satisfy your concerns. Especially with hot water heaters. I had a hot water heater problem and ***** one of the technicians was so professional patient and just persistent to make sure it would work unbelievable service excellent technician.Review fromMichael B.

1 starI am very disappointed in the service and results of this company. I asked to find a water leak coming out of my property which did not seem to affect my water bill. My bill in fact went down but I had a leak soaking a hillside. First they told me that it was a pressure release valve on my irrigation and it also might be a pool drain. After both of these theories were disproved I had them come again and said it might be a underground spring but I never had that problem before. Then the employee, decided to test all my toilets and put a camera in my drainpipe. This showed my toilets have the typical leakage but nothing to do with the leak in my yard. I got a bill for $665 and they did nothing to solve my problem. The problem I have is they should have said sorry but I can't find the answer. ***** later another plumber dug around in my yard and found two areas my irrigation piping was cracked and leaking, solving the problem. I asked the company for a discount since they were so off base and not even trying to solve my problem and they refused and didn't care if I didn't recommend them or would ever use them again. There are other companies out there that stand behind their work. Ones that care about their clients.
