Was having problems with my air called Sweet Georgia Heating and Air they came out the next day diagnosed the problem saying it was the reversal valve well everyone that I had spoke to prior say its almost never that the reversal valve hangs up. Called Air Tech Heating and Air to get a second opinion told them everything that was going on and they said the same thing about the reversal valve and came out and diagnosed it as being the compressor. Well it was the compressor that was the problem. Called Sweet Georgia Heating and Air back let them knew that they diagnosed the problem wrong well he told me that he told me from the get go that it may mess up the compressor as well but he also stated that theyre not allowed to work on ******* units when I call him today and told him that the **************** told me as long as you licensed you can work on any units then thats when he goes to tell me that he never told me that and matter of fact he just got finished working on an ******* unit then he said that they doesnt deal with ******* warranty company and I stated well in that case why would you even touch the unit from the get go if you knew you couldnt go any further with the situation or at least call me and warn me that it was possible they wouldnt be able before they diagnosed the problem because its like you just taking my money then tell me its nothing you can do for me because its a ******* unit and the warranty part it most definitely a fib too because the other company called immediately gave them the warranty information and was fin2 have one otw. He then stated to me that regardless of the diagnosis that the $75 is for gas fee just for them coming and I stated that you mean to tell me that people paying you gas just to come out then I stated that the reason anyone is going to pay anyone to come out for them to diagnose the problem and fix the problem so Im asking for my money back.

This is the Owner of Sweet Ga Air!
    responding to ** ******.

****** first called us on the weekend to come check out his rental property for no ac we then asked if after hours service call is fine with him before we come out. His response was not happy about service price saying we should lower price for him.
and he said he would send us the tenants address and contact info which we didnt receive.

so he then calls about a week later to ask  us to service unit and we did explain to him that the regular service call is 75.00

he agreed to price. We then arrived checked system faulty reversing valve leaking by this can cause damage to compressor.
which we informed ** ****** that best option is to replace compressor and reversing valve to solve issue.

We stand behind are findings and would proudly support a follow up from his new company after they replace compressor to further investigate.

we at Sweet Ga Air stand behind our work and customers our customer reviews show this and hope the best to ********************************* call is a base diagnostic fee charged by any professional company.

I am rejecting this response because: They didnt tell me that it was the compressor and after they had me to purchase the reverse valve they said they didnt work on the type of unit I had.I am also aware of the diagnostic fee which isnt a problem if they would have gotten the right diagnostic instead of guessing .Then I had to turn around and pay air tech heating and air to do another diagnosis which wasnt the reverse valve but the compressor I change the compressor and that solved the problem so my problem is they charged me and didnt even resolve the problem
